Considering organic agriculture in the search of raw materials, the Radermacher distillery has chosen an organic sugar molasses distillate for the elaboration of its Macaya Organic Chocolate Spiced Rum. After ageing in American bourbon barrels, the rum is filtered over organic cocoa nibs, giving it all its typicity, softness and particular roundness.
