Formulas & booking
At weekends, you’ll be seduced by our menu and surprised by one or other suggestion. Our menus change every day according to the market.
On the ‘brasserie’ side, you can look forward to some amazing cocktails, wines and beers…. with family or friends after discovering our regions or following a pleasant visit to our facilities.
For groups of 10 or more (by reservation only), one of our menu options is a must. These menus can be viewed on the monthly menus below.
On weekdays, for a minimum of 15 people and by reservation only, you can choose from the following menu options:
- 1-COURSE OPTION: 27.00€ (lunch only)
• 2-COURSE OPTION: 39.00€
Starter/Main or Main/Dessert
• 3-COURSE OPTION: 47.00€
• 4-COURSE “GOURMET” OPTION: 60.00€

• MASTERCLASS 6-COURSE OPTION: On request
Our venue can also be reserved for a full day (seminars, team-building events, meetings, incentives, etc.), with the possibility to customize and privatize the tour, tasting, and catering arrangements.

Booking
On weekdays, please note that a visit booked at 18:00 must be combined with a minimum 2-course meal in the restaurant.
During the weekends, please note the following time slots :
- Visit at 10:30 → restaurant service from 12:00 to 14:00
- Visit at 13:30 → restaurant service from 11:30 to 13:30 or from 15:00 to 17:00
- Visit at 15:30 → restaurant service from 13:30 to 15:30
When registering for a weekend tour, you will have priority for any table reservation. You will be asked to confirm the number of guests in the “Weekend booking” section.
